When it comes to getting a job or in one, you tend to be busy. Especially as a Freelancer, where your online reputation is on the line when you need to finish a project or two and get paid via Escrow or Paypal. And also, to fit the bill by the end of the month, you barely have time to do anything else.
Speaking of time, I don't think busy people who have lives to live and bills to pay would even have the chance to continue their education. Not when they have to work from 9-5 (or in Brunei, 8-4) and still complains that they won't risk having their time spent at some night school or college. Though I find that disagreeable when you have that small chance to improve yourself and get a better job or probably a step to your dream job, is very worth spending time and money at.
Local colleges or educational institutes that serves night classes or professional short courses are (that I know of):

- International Graduate Sudies College (IGS)
- Kemuda Institute
- Micronet International College
- de'Heritage Information Technology Training School
And I recommend Bruneians to take up the courses that they provide in order for you to get a better future. But if funding is a problem, there is one school which I should recommend to you.
And that school is online. w3 schools. It's a great school and I highly recommend any web developers or programmers to go there. The courses are free, you can learn at your own pace and take as long as you need to. The only thing you need to pay is the exam fee. It costs USD75 for you to set an appointment and an examiner to monitor you through the exam time. It's probably the easiest way to educate people online. Plus, if you did pass the exam, you will receive a certificate of the course you passed for.
So what are you waiting for? Start learning online or offline. I'm sure that you can be successful with the right education in mind for your dream job.
